My question is two-fold: a) Why is it that Pauli takes two arguments (z,x). What is the role of x? In the max_cut module, z is initialized as an np array of size=no of nodes in graph with False dtype and same is done for x. What is the role of x if it has to remain False always? b) I printed Operator. I got the result: Representation: paulis, qubits: 4, size: 5. What does this mean? Does Operator create the tensor product between z_i and z_j i.e. tensor product between pauli Z matrices acting on ith and jth node and identity matrices on the rest of the nodes?
