I'm not able to even find the information on how many qubits are currently available. Also, I'm not sure what ibmqx2, ibmqx4, etc. means and how they changed through the years.

$\begingroup$ Currently, the IBM Quantum Composer's probabilities simulation is available for circuits using less than 7 qubits, and its q-sphere simulation is available for circuits using less than 6 qubits. As for how these numbers have changed per year since launch, I'm not sure. $\endgroup$
