I am trying to use the python tool PYZX to optimize my quantum circuit. In their documentation, they give this specific command to run on your circuit to optimize it.
python -m pyzx opt input_circuit.qasm
But when I run this with my file, I receive the following error:
File "C:\Users\darwe001\Anaconda3\envs\pozzigithub\lib\site-packages\pyzx\circuit\qasmparser.py", line 47, in parse raise TypeError("File does not start with OPENQASM descriptor") TypeError: File does not start with OPENQASM descriptor
Which is odd, because my file does start with OPENQASM 2.0; grover.qasm Does anyone know what I am doing wrong here or what I am forgetting? python
