$\begingroup$ Perhaps the Qiskit help forums would be a more appropriate place for this type of question. $\endgroup$

$\begingroup$ I’m voting to close this question because it is not about quantum computing (similarly to how "Import biopython in Python3.9 (Anaconda) fails" would not be a question about biology). $\endgroup$ Sep 9 at 19:51
